Coach MacDonald had a team

and when they practiced they would STRETCH

Little Baby 'Gator

Little baby gator 
swimming through the swamp-- 
[hands together, swim gator-like]
eating lots of fish with a CHOMP, CHOMP, CHOMP! 
[chomp hands open and closed]
Along came a hunter with a great big net...
[pretend to raise net]
gator went SPLASH [loud clap]
and the hunter got wet! 
[shake hands and self]

Five White & Fluffy Sheep (w/ or w/o flannel)

Five white and fluffy sheep,
snug in a fluffy heap,
lay down their heads and went to sleep. [Snore, Snore!]

Farmer crept up on one,
sheered her til he was done,
now there are four white fluffy sheep. [Bzzzt! Bzzzt!] (sound and motion of shearing)

Two superheroes are ready to fly.
Here comes a villain--STOP THAT GUY!
This superhero can save the day.
Off she flies, up, up and away!

One superhero gives his cape a twirl.
Here comes another villain--STOP THAT GIRL!
This superhero can save the day.
Off he flies, up, up, and away!






We're Superheroes [call and echo first time, then try all together]
We raise our arms and we raise them high-- 
--we're superheroes flying across the sky! 
We fly to the left
and fly to the right,
then show you our muscles with all of our might!
